You can place an order for physical or digital products in our online shop (which you can find under the heading Shop > Products.
Click on the item(s) you want, place the item in the shopping cart and go to the shopping cart to fill in your address details and pay.
Digital services (including web design, copywriting, designing invitations, help with booking your solo trip etc.) can be found under the heading Shop > Digital Services. To purchase these services, click on the button “Book Service” or “Request Price” at the bottom of the service offered. You will then be redirected to a form, where you fill in all the requested information and a brief explanation of your request/booking. You will receive a confirmation by email within 24 hours if your request/booking has been received. And within 3-5 working days we will contact you by email or telephone to discuss further details.
There is no binding purchase agreement until We have accepted your offer to purchase as described in our Terms of Service. -
1. All prices that we use are in euros, are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of any other costs such as administration costs, levies and travel, shipping or transport costs, unless expressly stated otherwise or otherwise agreed.
2. All prices that we use for our products and/or services, on the website or that are otherwise made known, can be changed by us at any time.
3. Increases in the cost prices of products or parts thereof, which we could not foresee at the time of making the offer and/or concluding the agreement, may give rise to price increases.
4. You have the right to terminate an agreement as a result of a price increase as referred to in paragraph 3, unless the increase is the result of a statutory regulation.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable fees/advance payments of 30-50% that you pay in advance when purchasing or booking digital services or custom or personalized products.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are for the customer's account, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
Total price
The total price of your order consists of the purchase price of the products or services you have chosen, including taxes) and additional costs (i.e. delivery costs, administration costs, etc.). -
These are the payment methods accepted by Soldana:
iDeal, Apple Pay, Paypal, Credit Card and Soldana Gift Card.
a) We may reserve funds (including the relevant delivery costs) on your credit card immediately after you have placed your order and charge the card for the purchased Products when they are sent for delivery; or
b) We may charge your account or card immediately for the Products (including the relevant delivery costs).
1.2. Credit/Debit CardIf you pay by credit/debit card, we reserve the right to check the name, address and other personal information you provide during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By providing such payment information, you consent to such checks. In carrying out these checks, personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered credit reference agency, which may keep a record of that information. Please note that this is done solely to confirm your identity; no credit check will be performed, and your credit rating will not be affected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and only in accordance with all applicable data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for any charges or other sums that may be charged by your card issuer or bank in connection with our processing your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.

Delivery time
We aim to ship physical product(s) from our online store within 3-5 business days. The estimated delivery time for all physical products is within 10 business days, unless otherwise stated.
The delivery times specified by Soldana are indicative and do not entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation if they are exceeded, unless the parties have expressly agreed otherwise in writing. The delivery time commences at the moment that the customer has fully completed the (electronic) ordering process and has received an (electronic) confirmation from Soldana.* "Ready to purchase" digital products from our online store can be downloaded within 24-48 hours via the link that you receive by email.
* For digital services on “Our Services” page and customized or personalized products (including e-books, graphic templates, print-on-demand articles, stock photos, etc.) different delivery times apply, which will be agreed with you. After receiving your booking/purchase/request, we will contact you within 3-5 working days to discuss all the details. We will then discuss the delivery time with you. After approval, you will receive a request for a deposit of 30-50 percent of the total price or invoice, depending on the size and complexity of the order.
If delivery of the products or services is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take measures to minimize the consequences of the delay. -

LOCAL & EU DELIVERY
Orders will be delivered within 5-10 business days (depending on your address and location). When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We aim to ship your order within 3-5 business days. using PostNL, DHL, Bpost, DPD or GLS (depending on your address and location). The estimated delivery time for all physical products is within 10 business days, unless otherwise stated. If a product has a longer delivery time, this will always be stated on the product page.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
Orders will be delivered within 5-10 business days (depending on your address and location). When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are for the customer's account, unless the parties have agreed otherwise. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated shipping fees for physical products
Shipping fees can vary depending on your country and location. We offer free shipping for the Netherlands and Belgium for orders above €50. If part of this shipment is returned, causing the order to fall below €50, we will still charge the shipping costs.
- The Netherlands: between €4,95 - €7,95
- Belgium, Luxemburg and France - between €8,95 - €12,95
- Other EU countries (including EER-member states) - between €11,45 - €14,95
- Rest of the World between €14,95 - €16,95 (depending on location). Exact shipping costs will be shown at check out.
Packaging and shipping1. If the packaging of a delivered product is opened or damaged, you (the customer) must have the forwarder (delivery person) make a note of this before receiving the product, failing which Soldana cannot be held liable for any damage.
2. If the you’ve arranged for the transport of a product yourself, you must report any visible damage to the products or the packaging to us prior to transport, when failing in doing so we cannot be held liable for any damages.

These conditions are part of our Returns and Refund Policy. It is important that you read these conditions carefully before placing your order.
1. Exchanging/returning purchased items is only possible if the following conditions are met:
- Exchanges/returns take place within 14 days after purchase upon presentation of the original invoice
- The product is exchanged/returned in the original packaging and with the original (price) tags and stickers still attached
- the product has not been used and/or worn
2.- Products that have been used and/or damaged after your receipt
- Hygiene, beauty, skin and hair products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned
- Discounted items, samples and custom-made or personalized products
- Digital products (including e-books, graphic templates, online courses, print-on-demand items, webinars, stock photos and software tools)*
3. When returning a product, the customer agrees to a refund in the same way the order was placed.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns that are sent to us without any communication upfront or are not returned correctly, and for which you cannot provide a proof of shipment, will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
RETURN COSTS
The return costs are atthe customer’s expense. -
We guarantee that our products and services are of marketable quality, provided they are used normally. No further warranty is given. With the exception of our digital services and customized and personalized products, which have different conditions that you will receive from us in writing before confirmation and (down) payment of your purchase/booking.
